Swimming is a sport, which develops the person’s entire muscle system and which is useful for everyone, even for people suffering from various diseases.

Mediamax Sport has paid a visit to Junior Specialized Diving School of Olympic Reserve after David Hambardzumyan and is presenting the photos of children-swimmers in its “First Steps” series.

Children can go in for swimming starting at the age of 3.5, and from the age of 6-7 they develop individual thinking, understand everything and establish a bond with swimming.

Swimming is a completely healthy sport – it improves blood circulation and heart health, makes physically stronger and calms the nerves. Swimming is the only sport, which constantly keeps you in horizontal position, and it is very beneficial.
