2 Armenian Greco-Roman wrestlers to compete for gold medal in Junior World C’Ship

Two Armenian Greco-Roman wresters qualified for the final of Junior World Championship in Trnava, Slovakia.

Winner of 2018 European Championship Tigran Minasyan in under 55 kg weight category will compete for his second gold medal this year. He defeated 10:0 Vijay Vijay from India in the semi-final. Armenian wrestler’s competitor in the final will be Mohammad Naserpour from Iran.



Bronze medalist of the European Championship David Ovasapyan (130kg) has also qualified for the final. His competitor will be Amin Mirzazadeh from Iran. In the semi-final Ovasapyan defeated 2:1 Cohlton Schultz from U.S.



Hrachya Poghosyan (63kg) has the opportunity to win a bronze medal. He will compete with Alston Nutter from U.S.
