Yura Movsisyan has come back to Armenia after 3 years. He will play in Armenia’s games against Gibraltar and Macedonia within the Nations League.

Yesterday the footballer arrived in Yerevan and gave an interview to the official webpage of Football Federation of Armenia. FFA President Artur Vanetsyan received Movsisyan at Yerevan Football Academy.

A lot has changed in the country, and it is definitely great. I have missed everything in Armenia, it’s been 2 years since my last visit. My brother’s wedding in Gyumri was the last time I visited Armenia.

I notice smile, hope and belief on people’s faces, and this is all that I have wished to see. All the rest will come little by little.

I’m hopeful that we will all achieve successes, and fans’ support will help us. It is very difficult for footballers without their support, so we definitely need them.

There were tough times both for me and other footballers. It was hard for me to watch those games, but I followed all of them. I understand the players’ feelings, and I know how difficult it is to be defeated.

I’ve come here with the dream and hope that we will see our fans at the stadium. I hope the stadium will be full, as footballers find it very important. It will give strength and motivate us.

I’ve heard that tickets now cost lower, so I’m hopeful to see everyone.
