First fights of 69th International Boxing Tournament Strandja took place yesterday evening in Sofia.
Vahe Badalyan (52kg) from the Armenian team also performed yesterday. He got advantage 5:0 over Chinese Guo Zhang and will have another match in 1/4 final on February 23.
Today the following Armenian boxers will compete: Zhirayr Sargsyan (56kg) will have a match against Jose Quiles (Spain), and Gurgen Hovhannisyan (+91kg) against Alexander Georgiev (Bulgaria).
