Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestlers finish European C’hip with 5 medals

The Armenian national Greco-Roman wrestling team has won two more bronze medals in the Junior European Championship in Rome, Italy.

Ararat Manucharyan (60kg) beat Irakli Dzimistarish (Georgia) 6-0 to take the bronze.



Malkhas Amoyan won the bronze for Armenia in 72kg category after beating Nikoloz Tchikaidze (Georgia) 9-1.



Earlier, three members of Armen Babalaryan’s team brought medals for Armenia: Tigran Minasyan (55kg) won the gold and Vage Poghosyan (77kg) and Davit Ovasapyan (130kg) took the bronze medals.
