Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestlers finish 4th on medal table

The Greco-Roman wrestling finals of the European Championship took place yesterday in Kaspiysk.

Out of the seven athletes manager Levon Julfalakyan took to Kaspiysk, three won medals: two gold, one bronze.



Artur Aleksanyan (97kg) has won his 4th title of the European champion, while Maksim Manukyan has taken his first gold.



For bronze medalist Karen Aslanyan (67kg) this is the first achievement in seniors’ competition.



In total, Armenia finished 4th on the Greco-Roman wrestling medal table. Today the team will return home.
