The postponement of 2020 Tokyo Olympics has been a hard blow for athletes, who have dedicated most of their time to training for the event.
Winner of 2016 Olympics, wrestler Artur Aleksanyan has touched on the news on his Instagram, saying that he had been training well for the Olympics and had only one goal there – the gold medal.
“For me, people are the most valuable thing in the world and we all have one concern now – to do everything to protect their health. I assure everyone that my goals will not change in 2021 and I will do everything to win Olympic gold and give my compatriots the joy of winning. Stay healthy, everyone!” he wrote in the post.
