Armenian athlete Levon Aghasyan has won the silver medal in the International Jumping Meeting in Athens, Greece. He jumped 16.50m.
“Not a bad start to the year, don’t you think? I will do better in the next tournament,” Aghasyan posted on his Instagram.
He has told Mediamax Sport that the next one, the Maloyan Brothers Memorial (a qualifying tournament) will be held in his hometown of Kapan. On July 1 Aghasyan will compete in the Armenian Championship, and on July 3-4 in the Napoli 2019 Summer Universiade.
