The second leg of the Europa League qualifier between FC Saburtalo Tbilisi and FC Ararat-Armenia will take place in Tbilisi today. The Georgian team won the first leg 2-1 in Yerevan last week.

Head coach of Ararat-Armenia Vardan Minasyan has said the team has left the defeat in the past and is positive about today’s game.

“It was difficult, of course, but we let it go. Our good start in the Armenian league helped. Now the boys are positive and I hope we can keep the high tempo throughout the game,” he said.

Minasyan believes his men must show good quality in both halves of the match. They plan to be balanced, follow the game plan and make changes when necessary.

The Saburtalo vs. Ararat-Armenia match kicks off at 8 p.m. (Armenia time) today.
