Head coach of the Armenian national football team Armen Gyulbudaghyants has held the first training with the team and said that the players are working with enthusiasm and responsibility.
“Thank God, we have no injuries. There are little problems with Marcos Pizzelli and Hrayr Mkoyan, but I hope they’ll be fine for the game. We will be absolutely ready for the match against Gibraltar,” Gyulbudaghyants was quoted as saying by the Football Federation of Armenia.
According to the manager, that match is also a matter of national pride: “I am certain the coaching staff and the players will do everything to win.”
The Armenia- Gibraltar Nations League clash kicks off at 8 p.m. (Armenia time) in Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan on October 13.
