After losing to the Iran team 1:2, Montenegro team began preparing for the game with Armenia.

The 2018 World Cup qualifying game will take place at 7.45pm (10.45pm in Armenia time) in Podgorica on June 10.

All footballers available were involved in the training. The team analyzed the game with Iran and talked through the threats that Armenian team can pose.

“Of course, we aren’t pleased with the result, but it was necessary before the game with Armenia. We conceded 2 goals because of mistakes and we hope that next time it won’t happen. The game with Armenia is very important for us. We still have time to correct our errors. We’ll work on that in the end of training,” said the Montenegro team defender Marco Simic.

He shared his hope that the team will be able to minimize mistakes and win the June 10 game.

“We’ve had a long season, but we shouldn’t blame anything on fatigue. We’ll play for the national team, and we’ll do everything to play well,” he added.
