Levon Aronian starts wells in Grand Chess Tour in Bucharest

Levon Aronian is among tournament leaders going into Round 6 of Rapid and Blitz Grand Chess Tour in Bucharest.

First the players held rapid games. Aronian beat Fabiano Caruana (USA) and then drew with Sergey Karjakin (Russia) and Le Quang Liem (Vietnam).

Aronian has earned 4 points, and he currently sits 2nd, a point behind leader Anish Giri (the Netherlands).

In the 4th, 5th and 6th games Aronian will play against Vladislav Artemiev (Russia), Viswanathan Anand (India) and Shakhriyar Mamedyarov (Azerbaijan).
