Armenian women’s team continues to show efficient performance in World Chess Olympiad.
The chess players have registered the 4th victory. This time they got advantage 2.5:1.5 over the Italian team.
On the first and second boards Elina Danielyan and Lilit Mkrtchyan defeated Olga Zimina and Elena Sedina. Anna Sargsyan lost against Desiree Di Benedetto, and Maria Kursova drew with Marina Brunello.
The women’s team scored 8 points and is currently in the 5th place. They will compete against leader China in the 5th round today.
