WBO World champion Arthur Abraham is thoroughly preparing for Champions night on April 9 in Las Vegas.
Armenian boxer will defend his belt again on that day, this time from Mexican Gilberto Ramirez.
Another World champion Jack Culcay is training with Abraham, who also has a fight on April 9. The boxers’ coaches note that joint work only helps them, as competition promotes improvement of results.
“They follow each other’s movements carefully, you could notice that at training in Bulgaria as well. Each wants to show that he’s the best either in sparring or training,” said Abraham’s coach Ulli Wegner.
He stressed that it’s amazing to follow Abraham-Culcay competition, as they cannot meet in the ring and do that during the training instead: “I’ve never seen Arthur train for a fight with such motivation.”
