Mexican Gilberto Ramirez is sure he will manage to beat WBC World Champion Arthur Abraham’s defense in the fight on April 9 in Las-Vegas.

“We are working very hard to go 12 full rounds very hard. We know it won’t be easy and we are training very hard to win each round convincingly so that we leave no doubt,” boxingscene.com quotes Ramirez.

Mexican athlete noted that he has a specific plan and knows how to counteract Abraham, as he is motivated to fight for the champion belt: “Arthur is a great fighter and a great champion. To beat him will be tough. Armenian boxer has a great defense, but I can beat him and become world champion.”

Ramirez dreams to add his name to the list of his compatriot champions and make history.
