The Armenian national boxing team will take part in the European Championship in Poland on November 20 with 7 sportsmen.
Talking to Mediamax Sport correspondent, head coach Karen Aghamalyan said that they came from Tsakhkadzor a few days ago and the trainings are underway in Yerevan.
“We had a joint training with Russians, we worked in couples and held free competitions. The guys are in good shape and everything is going as we planned”, said Aghamalyan.
Before the European Championship, the team will have 3-4 joint trainings in Lithuania and then will head for the venue.
The following sportsmen will set off to the European Championship: Alen Danielyan (49kg), Vahe Badalyan (52kg), Hrayr Shahverdyan (56kg), Spartak Tamaryan (60kg), Garnik Papikyan (64kg), Sos Kocharyan (81kg) and Davit Choloyan (91kg).
