Before Covid-19: Narek Abgaryan

Photo: from personal archive

The coronavirus pandemic shows no signs of slowing down yet. People are still under lockdown, waiting for the pandemic to be over.

Mediamax Sport offers to recall the times before COVID-19, when were able to go out and meet friends.

This time we’ll go down the memory lane with boxer Narek Abgaryan.

This photo was taken in Moscow, where we went to attend the opening of our manager Aram Davtyan’s sport club. Apart from me, you can see here my friends, professional boxers Geor Yeritsyan, Vahe Sarukhanyan and Manvel Sargsyan.

It was a wonderful day, really, and I miss my friends so much. I spend time with family now and train twice a day to stay in shape.

The lockdown does not upset me because I’m trying to see some good sides too. I miss my friends, we have been friends all our lives, but this is an opportunity to rest and recover after training camps.

I believe things will be better for us when the pandemic is over. We will train and fight better, so I am very optimistic.

I challenge Levon Aghasyan to post the next photo.
