The Yerevan-2800 International Basketball Tournament continues in Armenia. The teams played for the second time yesterday and Yerevan’s club Urartu recorded the first win in the competition.
The team beat Ararat Tehran 79-67, which was followed by a game between Gazprom Moscow and Hyundai Tbilisi.
The Russian players were stronger and won 79-71.
Today the tournament will see two games: Gazprom v Ararat (kick-off at 17:00, Armenia time) and Urartu v Hyundai (kick-off at 19:00, Armenia time).
