Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenia is going to apply for holding matches of 2020 European Football Championship in Yerevan.
President of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan told journalists today, Mediamax reports.
According to him, Yerevan "Hrazdan" stadium will be reconstructed within coming 5 years. Hayrapetyan noted that after the reconstruction, the stadium will meet highest European standards.
"The grass, entrances and seats will be changed. After the reconstruction, the stadium will be able to compete with the best European stadiums", said President of Armenian Football Federation.
Ruben Hayrapetyan also added that from now on, all the most important matches of the Armenian national football team will be held in "Hrazdan" stadium.
