Macedonian Vardar held a home match against Turkish Fenerbahçe within Europa League playoff.
Armenian national football team midfielder Tigran Barseghyan opened the score in the 20th minute. Vardar defeated Besiktas 2:0. Mehmet Topal scored an own goal at the end of the match.
The return match will take place on August 24, Turkey.
