FIDE published today the new ranking list of top chess players.
Levon Aronian wasn’t in the list of 10 best players for the first time over the long period. Currently he is in the 11th place with 2765 points.
Among Armenian grandmasters, Gabriel Sargsyan is in the 55th and Hrant Melkumyan in the 76th position of FIDE Rating.
World champion Magnus Carlsen continues to lead with 2835 points.
