The first round of Grand Chess Tour this year will take place in Leuven, Belgium.
Levon Aronian will also perform in the tournament on June 12-16.
His competitors are Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Fabiano Caruana, Anish Giri, Wesley So Hikaru Nakamura, Viswanathan Anand, Alexander Grischuk, Sergey Karjakin and Shakhriyar Mamedyarov.
The participants will play rapid chess in 9 rounds and blitz chess in 18 rounds. Pairings of rapid chess will take place on June 12-14 and blitz chess on June 15-16, Armenian Chess Federation informs.
