Women’s World Boxing Championship started yesterday at Russian Ulan-Ude.
224 boxers from 57 countries will compete in this tournament. Armenia will be represented by 3 participants.
Today this year’s European champion in U22 tournament Anush Grigoryan will compete against Heaven Garcia (U.S.) in under 51kg weight category.
The next two Armenian athletes will perform tomorrow. Anahit Haroyan (54kg) will compete against Ursula Gottlob (Germany) and Ani Hovsepyan (69kg) - against American Lanae Jones.
