1000 traveling fans to cheer for Poland in the game vs Armenia

Manager of Poland national football team Adam Nawalka believes they still have work to do as the team hasn’t qualified for the 2018 World Cup yet. They need to defeat Armenia in the away game in Yerevan and Montenegro in a home game.

The Armenia vs Poland game will take place on October 5.

The Poland team had the first training ahead of the game last night in Warsaw. Team captain Robert Lewandowski received the most enthusiastic support from the fans. He gave autographs and took pictures with them.

Goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski was the last player to join the training, as his flight to Warsaw was delayed.

The Polish players will arrive in Armenia in the morning of October 4. They will have an open training session at the Republic Stadium on the same day.

According to Polish media, around 1000 traveling fans will support the team in Yerevan.

Poland tops Group E with 19 points, Montenegro and Denmark have 16 points each, and Armenia sits the 5th with 6 points.
