After becoming silver medalist of the Olympic Games, weightlifter Simon Martirosyan told Mediamax Sport that he was fighting for the gold.
“I am very happy, I can’t even describe my feelings. To be honest, I wanted to win the gold medal, but didn’t get it this time. It’s alright, I am only 19, and I will achieve more,” Martirosyan said.
He also expressed his hopes that he will be able to win gold medal at the 2020 Olympics.
