Another Armenia representative Davit Ovasapyan (130kg) recorded a win two, beating Artsiom Shumski (Belarus) 6-0 to take the silver medal.

Armenia can get another medal today if Ararat Manucharyan (60kg) wins his match. The other Armenian athlete to perform today is Malkhas Amoyan (72kg), who is headed to a consolation match. Their opponents are yet to be known. Erik Eloyan (82kg) will also have a consolation match. His opponent is Georgian wrestler Ivanhoe Rikadze.
