Sahak Hovhannisyan’s win in the Cadet European Championship in Skopje has brought another medal to Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestling team.
Hovhannisyan (60kg) beat Giorgi Chkhikvadze (Georgia) 5-3 to take the gold.
Another Armenia representative Robert Karapetyan (51kg) defeated Adomas Grigaliunas (Lithuania) 12-8 and won the bronze medal.
The tournament is turning out rather successful for the Armenia team, as Garnik Hovhannisyan and Shant Khachatryan also won bronze medals earlier.
