Armenian cadet freestyle wrestling team prepares in Olimpavan ahead of the European Championship. The competition will take place on July 22-31, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The head coach Arshak Hayrapetyan told Mediamax Sport that 9 Armenian wrestlers will participate in the European Championship.
The participants are Rafayel Harutyunyan (42 kg), Arakel Movsesyan (46 kg), Genik Asatryan (50 kg), Tigran Ghazaryan (54 kg), Mezhlum Mezhlumyan (58 kg), Davit Hovhannisyan (63 kg), Davit Gevorgyan (69 kg), Lyova Gevorgyan (76 kg) and Martin Simonyan (100 kg).
This has been Armenian freestylers’ third training camp before the European Championship. They have trained in Tsaghkadzor and Olimpavan so far. The team will depart for the competition on July 22.
