Armenian Greco-Roman team prepares for Junior European Championship

Armenian Greco-Roman wrestling junior team prepares for the European Championship to take place on June 27-July 2, Dortmund.

Head Coach Armen Babalaryan told Mediamax Sport that 8 athletes would be participating.

The Armenian athletes are: Ashot Mkhitaryan (50 kg), Norayr Hakhoyan (55 kg), Hrachya Poghosyan (60 kg), Zaven Mikaelyan (66 kg), Malkhas Amoyan(74 kg), Arsen Sargsyan (84 kg), Artur Mkhoyan (96 kg) and Davit Hovasapyan (120 kg).

Currently the Armenian team is holing a training camp in Olympavan (Olympcamp) and will depart on June 29. 

Freestyle wrestlers will be the first to compete.
