Armenian national gymnastics team successfully performed in VTB Bank Cup, Tbilisi.
Armenia took the 2nd place by the team’s total points. Russia took the first place while Georgia is the third.
General Secretary of Armenian Gymnastics Federation Garnik Saroyan told Mediamax Sport that all Armenian athletes both among adults and the youth became medalists.
Adults: Artur Tovmasyan (1st place in the rings), Vigen Khachatryan (3rd place in the rings and all-around).
Youth: Zhora Smbatyan (1st place in the rings and all-around and 2nd place in horizontal bar), Gagik Khachatryan (1st place in pommel horse and 3rd place in floor exercise), Erik Baghdasaryan (1st place in horizontal bar and parallel bars).
