The Head Coach of the Armenian national diving team Hrachya Chandiryan is content with the performance of his athletes in FINA Diving Grand Prix 2017.

“Vladimir and Azat Harutyunyans won silver medals in10m platform synchro. The young men have really progressed. They took the third place in the beginning of May, Ukraine, while they are the second now. I am content not only with the final result, but with the points and the quality of jumps. They scored 339 points in Ukraine, while it is 371 now. We are committed to score 380 points, so we need to work harder to improve our results,” Chandiryan told Mediamax Sport.

He also remarked that the team was preparing to take part in the European Championship to be held on June 12. The Harutyunyans will compete once again in synchronized diving, while Vladimir Harutyunyan and Lev Sargsyan in individual diving.
