4 Armenian gymnasts were qualified for the final of European Gymnastics Championship yesterday, held in Romanian Cluj-Napoca.
Artur Davtyan took the 8th place in all-around and will continue his competition in the final. He also succeeded in the qualifying round of the vault.
European Champion 2016 Harutyun Merdinyan continues with the 4th place in pommel horse. Armenia has 2 representatives on the rings. Artur Tovmasyan was the 2rd and Vahagn Davtyan was in the 4th place.
Armen Petrosyan and Vigen Khachatryan were participating for the first time in the adult’s competition and were not able to qualify of the finals. Petrosyan was the 28th in pommel horse, while Khachatryan was 59th in all-around.
