Armenian judokas to get in European Championship on April 20

The European Judo Championship will take place in Warsaw on April 20-23. Armenia will be represented by 5 athletes in that competition.

The Armenia team held a 10-day training camp in Sochi before traveling to Warsaw.

Head coach of the team Armen Nazaryan leads the following athletes: Hovhannes Davtyan (60kg), Ferdinand Karapetyan and Arsen Ghazaryan (73kg), Andranik Chaparyan (81kg) and Sose Balasanyan (52kg).

Balasanyan won silver in the 2017 European Judo Cup, while Karapetyan became bronze medalist in the same competition.
