Football is one of those sports that bring together people from various spheres.
The photo we present in this issue of In One Shot series gives a glimpse at the film industry-football connection.
People of different occupations perceive and love football in different ways. Many become devoted fans of this or that team, while others just enjoy watching a beautiful game.
Famous and adored by the people of the Soviet Union, actor Yevgeny Leonov was a big football fan. They say in free time he would watch the games of his favorite FC Dynamo Moscow and the USSR team.
Moreover, he would often visit the training base and meet the players.
This photo was made in 1982 at the USSR team training base. Ahead of the World Cup in Spain, Leonov visited the team and talked with them.
In this picture he is with two players – Khoren Hovhannisyan (Armenia) and Rinat Dasayev (Russia).
