Former head coach of the Armenian national football team Vardan Minasyan left Kostana Tobol not because of bad results but discords with the club's leadership.
The Kazakhstan press reports that the relations aggravated after the match with Actobe where Tobol lost to one of the favorites of the championship by 0-2, playing with 10 footballers.
Before that, Tobol was the 5th with 2 victories, 2 draws and 2 failures. As of now, Tobol is behind the leaders only by 2 points, and the team's matches couldn't be the reason for the Armenian specialist's resignation.
According to Mediamax Sport information, Vardan Minasyan already has 2 offers from foreign teams, and he was going to negotiate with them after settling legal issues with Tobol.
It should be recalled that Vardan Minasyan said at a press conference following the match:
''Guys, it's already 2015, but here some things are left in the 90-s. If we want to move forward we should change everything. It'll be hard if we go on like this. I honestly want to wish good luck to our guys. They want to move on but there are things to be changed. Without it there won't be any progress''.
