Participants of Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz of Grand Chess Tour took part in a draw after signing autographs.
10 grandmasters including Levon Aronian will compete for championship on August 14-19. They will hold 1 round of rapid and 2 rounds of blitz chess pairings.
According to the draw, 1st round includes the following pairings: Garry Kasparov-Sergey Karjakin, Levon Aronian-David Navara, Ian Nepomniachtchi-Leinier Dominguez, Viswanathan Anand-Hikaru Nakamura, Le Quang Liem- Fabiano Caruana.
The prize fund comprises USD 150k.
