Boxer Narek Abgaryan is preparing for his 5th professional fight.
On August 4, he will fight with Achiko Odikadze (Georgia) in Sochi.
The boxer, who won his previous fights, told Mediamax Sport that he’s currently training with the team in Yerevan.
“The European Championship had its toll, but I had a 10-day break to recover. Everything is fine now, I’m training and feeling well,” Abgaryan said.
He noted he’d travel to Sochi on August 1. The city will host fights of two other Armenian boxers as well – Aram Avagyan and Gor Yeritsyan.
“I studied my opponent and I know how to fight him. I try to do everything right to achieve good results. The upcoming fight will give me more experience and I’ll try to raise my personal ratings,” the athlete added.
