2017 EUBC European Boxing Championships will kick off today in Ukraine.
Gurgen Hovhannisyan (+91kg) will be the first member of the Armenia team to fight. In the qualifying stage today, Hovhannisyan competed with Vladan Babic (Serbia).
Vladimir Margaryan (69kg) and Narek Manasyan (91kg) will enter the competition tomorrow. The athletes also began performing in the qualifying stage. Margaryan will fight with Stephen Newns (Scotland) and Manasyan will compete with Burak Aksin (Turkey).
