Head coach of the Armenian national boxing team Davit Torosyan was hopeful that his team would win medals in David Kvachadze International Tournament, which took place in Tbilisi, Georgia.
“7 out of 8 participants from Armenia won medals, registering a great result. This is a part of our preparatory program, which the young people successfully accomplished. We do not hold a training camp currently, but we train together,” Torosyan told Mediamax reporter.
He noted that before departing for the European Championship in June, the team would participate in a training camp in Poland, and then in another international tournament.
