A few days are left till the official launch of most luxurious and prominent sports structures of Armenia.
“Olympavan” (Olympcamp), located in Davtashen, will be put to operation a year before the Olympic Games. It will host and accommodate almost all types of sportsmen.
The works carried out at Olympcamp are already being finalized. The hotel complex is already fully furnished, the whole furniture is already installed. Final adjustments are being made in the gyms. The premises of the Olympic Committee which will host national federations and it is also ready for operation.

The official opening of Olympcamp is due to be held within the 25th anniversary events of the Armenian Olympic Committee, when Presidents of International Olympic Committee and European Olympic Committee Thomas Bach and Patrick Hickey as well as a number of IOC representatives and honorary guests.
The design works of Olympcamp started in March 2013, and the construction kicked off on May 28.
