The Armenia national judo team is taking part in the training camp in Nymburk, Czech Republic.

The camp is an initiative of the European Judo Union, launched in 2010. It is aimed at helping the best European athletes prepare for the Olympic Games.

Head coach of the Armenian team Armen Nazaryan told Mediamax Sport that the athletes who perform well at the camp will take part in the international tournament on April 1-2 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

“From there we’ll travel to Sochi to hold a training camp with the Russian team. That will be the last preparation phase before the European Championship,” coach said.
