Fernando Santos, who managed the Portugal team to winning Euro 2016, was recognized Coach of the Year.
Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches, the youngest player in Euro’s finals, was named Portugal’s ‘Revelation Player’. He was 18 years and 327 days old when he stepped onto the pitch.
