Former world champion in 4 weight categories Vic Darchinyan intends to finish his boxing career.

41-year-old Armenian boxer will face Thai fighter Manot Comput in Perth, Australia on March 10.

That will be Darchinyan’s first fight after the knockout defeat of summer 2016.

“I've made too many mistakes where I took it easy. No more taking it easy. I’m going to get back to my instincts, killer instincts. Be nice out of the ring and be a killer in the ring,” Darchinyan told thewest.com.au.

After that fight, he plans to have another one in Russia, with former world champion Evgeny Gradovich. According to Darchinyan, his opponent only lost 2 fights in his career and is a rather strong boxer. He is 11 years younger than Darchinyan.

“I want to have one more big fight and retire. I have the hunger, I want to train,” he said.
