Arsenal will host Milan in the second leg of their Europa League tie tomorrow. Arsene Wenger’s men beat the Italian team 0-2 IN the first leg, with Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan among goalscorers.

Wenger has stated in the pre-match press conference today that he wants his team to be in the Champions League.

“The Europa League is very strong this year. Look at Milan, Dortmund and Atletico. Many good teams. This competition is at a higher level than ever,” said the manager.

He has stressed he always picks the best team to win the next game.

Wenger has spoken about Mkhitaryan as well, noting, “He has been well accepted. Players of his caliber, it helps he has been abroad before so he knows how to behave. I am never surprised when players do well. Having success in the past doesn’t mean anything for us.”
