The World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad has ended in Konya, Turkey.
Armenian team beat Russia 3-1 in the last round, and Artashes Minasyan’s players finished the competition in the 6th place, with 12 points.
4th board Mamikon Gharibyan won an individual bronze medal.
The winner of the Olympiad is Uzbekistan with 16 points. India (14 points) is the runner-up and China (13 points) came third.
