Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan started his working day with a meeting with world-famous footballer of Armenian origin, World and European champion Youri Djorkaeff.
“Youri says he is inspired by the revolution here and ready to provide strong support to football in Armenia,” Pashinyan posted on his official Facebook page.
In the evening of June 8, the Prime Minister attended the Legends’ game in Yerevan, which ended with Latin America beating the Europe team 5-2. Djorkaeff was among the goalscoarers.
Later Pashinyan visited the players in the dressing room for a short talk.
