Sergey Movsisyan takes 3d place in Reykjavik Open 2017

Grandmaster Sergey Movsisyan represented Armenia in Reykjavik Open 2017 international chess tournament, which has already finished in Iceland.

Movsisyan competed with Mustafa Yilmaz from Turkey in the last round. Armenian player won the battle, registering 8 points. He lost to the winner of the 2nd place Jorden Van Foreest from the Netherlands only by additional indicators and ended the competition in the third round.

Anish Giri from the Netherlands became the winner of this tournament with 8,5 points.
